• Remove all warranties and care pamphlets from appliances and centralize in one location. |

• Remove dust, dirt, and stickers from all millwork (inside and outside). |
|
• Packing materials and refuse of any kind shall be removed from all areas. |
|
• Accessible windows and glass partitions shall be washed (interior and exterior). |
|
| • Clean all window frames. |
| • Clean all vertical blinds. |
| • Broom sweep and mop with disinfectant all ceramic tile, stone tile, vinyl composition tile or hardwood floors. |
• Clean and disinfect all counter tops and vanity tops and sinks. |

• Clean bathroom tile and all bathroom accessories. |
|
| • Clean bathroom tubs and showers. |
| • Clean toilet bowls inside and out. |
| • Clean all bathroom mirrors. |
| • Vacuum all carpeted areas and carpet edges. |
• Clean paint and drywall compound from all electrical outlets and switch plates. |

• Clean dust from all light fixtures, air conditioning registers and appliances. |
|
| • Clean all sinks. |
| • Clean all baseboards. |
| • Clean all thresholds completely. |
| • Clean and sweep all exterior storage rooms and balconies. |
| • Close and lock all windows. |
• Clean the tops, sides and fronts of all appliances and polish exteriors. |
| • Clean water heater, air/handler, and washer/dryer boxes |
| • Spray air freshener in all rooms. |
• Report any scratches or blemishes to construction manager. |

• Dispose of all collected debris in dumpster on site. |
